Inspired by the aesthetics and tailored service of a vintage milliner, the space seeks to provide a light and bright, modern approach to a maker’s workshop within the context of a retail showroom – a nod to the heritage of hat making and Brixton’s roots in headwear through a modern retail design lens. Brixton has developed a distinct and memorable retail program that drives the need for consumers to visit the brand in-store through service offerings and a connection to the brand that consumers can’t find anywhere else, tying Brixton to its brand heritage and providing a hub for the community. 

Services like hat fitting, product customization, limited release products, steam cleaning, in-store pickup and community events are all part of the strategy where Brixton transcends the meaning of a store and uses its services to drive a truly differentiated consumer experience.
