Our original 45-minute indoor cycling ride is a refined mix of using resistance and speed to create an interval based experience. Our method is athletic and rhythmic which leaves our riders feeling empowered and motivated. No fluff, no choreography. All skill levels are welcome.
Jaimie Bailey – After moving to NYC at 18 years old to pursue a career in health and wellness, she uncovered her love of indoor cycling.The impact it had on her physical well being was just a small component of what it did for her emotional well being. Deciding to try her hand at the podium, she made her way from apprentice to master to mentor – opening Grind House Cycle to blend her passions and create an experience of community, movement and inspiration.
