Encinitas Safe Trick-or-Treat 2025
Downtown businesses and restaurants will stay open late on October 31st to celebrate Halloween! Trick-or-treat at your favorite local shops, enjoy live music in The Lumberyard Courtyard by Bucket Ruckus, and enjoy kids games set up by the 101 Artists Colony. This event is made possible by our presenting sponsor Lazy Acres Market.

Shop Small Saturday
Join the 101 MainStreet Associations and local businesses as they celebrate Shop Business Saturday! Support local merchants while getting a head start on your holiday shopping while enjoying live music, sidewalk sales, and local specials. This event helps support the businesses that make our communities amazing and helps you get a great deal on the perfect gifts for your family!
Each community will be giving away limited edition prints that day at any of the participating businesses!

This Halloween, The Encinitas 101 MainStreet Association will present its 22nd Annual Safe Trick-or-Treat event. Local businesses stay open late to welcome trick-or-treaters!
Along the 101 there are several places to stop and enjoy Halloween-Themed activities. In the Lumberyard courtyard enjoy games and music from Bucket Ruckus! The Self-Realization Fellowship will have a Halloween Queen’s Court and Jack-O-Lantern Gallery at the J Street Chapel on 1105 Second Street from 5:30-8:30pm.
F Street will be have a band, our E101 Booth as well as a booth for, our treat sponsor!
This event is free and families are welcome to join in the fun!
