Grind House Cycle

Grind House Cycle is a cycling studio and community hub in Encinitas, California. Grind House Cycle offers 45-minute indoor cycling rides that use speed and resistance to create an interval-based experience. They also have a patio balcony with ocean views, a large indoor community gathering area, and a large spin studio with state-of-the-art spin bikes.

Their method is athletic and rhythmic which leaves our riders feeling empowered and motivated. No fluff, no choreography. All skill levels are welcome!
