GELATO 101 is an Encinitas local favorite, that serves fresh, authentic Italian Gelato made with natural, organic ingredients, as well as Illy Espresso Italian coffee, boba drinks, and acai bowls.
This is authentic artisan gelato at its best! Each flavor has its’ own unique recipe that is made in small quantities to ensure freshness. There are no corn syrups, artificial colorings, flavorings or preservatives, and Gelato 101 only use whole organic ingredients whenever possible. They even import their pistachios and hazelnuts spercially from Italy, and the rest of produce is seasonal, fresh and locally sourced.
