Keegan Kingsbury
Encinitas 101 MainStreet Association Director
Dudek
I was born and raised in Northern California and moved to San Diego shortly after graduating from Chico State, where I majored in Land and Soil Resource Management. While still in college, I began working for Dudek, the largest locally headquartered environmental firm in San Diego County, and continued with the company after relocating to San Diego. I currently work as an Environmental Planner. My work allows me to contribute to projects that prioritize sustainability, community well-being, and thoughtful development.
After moving to San Diego, I quickly fell in love with Encinitas. I feel so grateful to live in a place with such a strong sense of community and to be surrounded by inspiring and grounded individuals. I’m passionate about supporting nonprofits, small businesses, and community-based events that bring people together and create meaningful connections. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the city, connecting with others, and taking my dog to the beach.
I’m committed to fostering a sense of connection and belonging within the community. Through my work and personal life, I’ve seen firsthand the importance of collaboration and creativity in shaping a vibrant, sustainable city. I’m excited about the opportunity to contribute to Encinitas in a way that enhances its unique character and supports the people and businesses that make it such an incredible place to live.
